The XESTA APPETITE 45S is a high-performance sinking pencil lure engineered for light game saltwater fishing. Developed as part of the renowned Blackstar series heritage, it provides an efficient alternative to soft plastics when targeting rockfish (mebaru) in boulder areas or large predatory horse mackerel (aji).
Featuring a fixed center of gravity, this lure delivers a delicate weak-wobbling action on retrieve and a highly stable, enticing posture on the fall. Its balanced design ensures consistent swimming stability and remarkable castability in challenging coastal conditions.
Equipped with the innovative and patented Pivot Changer system, the lure dramatically improves snag recovery around tight structure. This allows anglers to target heavy cover and fish confidently in low-light environments while reducing lure loss.
