The Megabass HADARA TRAP is a new-concept trick bait engineered to break away from conventional lure action profiles. It produces a high-pitch rolling drive with flashing and automatically introduces erratic left-to-right escaping dart actions. This off-track flight action triggers reaction bites from wary predators and neutral game fish that ignore standard lures.
Equipped with a tandem center-of-gravity movement system featuring two ultra-high-density large-diameter tungsten balancers, this lure achieves casting distances exceeding 87.5 yd with ideal tackle configurations. Designed using Yuki Ito's hydrodynamic principles, a fast retrieve immediately upon landing allows it to maintain its escaping action in shallow depths under 19.7 in without contacting bottom structure.
The lure also excels during lift-and-fall retrieves, delivering a flashing vibration on the lift and an enticing shimmy fall on the drop. This allows anglers to effectively target fish holding in deeper water columns when horizontal presentations fail. It provides three-dimensional coverage for diverse saltwater fishing applications.
