The Megabass HADARA TRAP is an innovative trick bait engineered with hydrodynamic design principles to trigger aggressive strikes from wary saltwater predators. Its swimming action combines a high-pitch flashing roll drive with an erratic, automatic staggered darting motion that mimics a fleeing baitfish.
Equipped with a tandem weight-transfer system featuring two high-density, large-diameter tungsten balancers, this lure achieves casting distances exceeding 260 ft with appropriate tackle. On a fast retrieve immediately after splashdown, it maintains an escape action in shallow zones under 20 in, preventing unwanted bottom contact over vast flats.
Beyond horizontal retrieves, the HADARA TRAP is highly effective on a lift-and-fall cadence, delivering dynamic flashing vibrations on the rise and a fluttering shimmy fall on the descent. This versatile multi-angle presentation reaches neutral fish holding in deeper water columns.
