The Megabass SUPER-Z Z1 in Frozen Glass is a highly technical, compact crankbait engineered to dissect shallow-to-mid depth zones and trigger strikes from pressured bass.
Designed to balance perfectly on both baitcasting and spinning gear, this bite-sized dynamo delivers the aggressive water displacement and castability typically reserved for much larger lures.
Advanced Engineering & Action
LBO II Weight Transfer System: Equipped with Megabass’s frictionless linear bearing technology, the Z1 eliminates the casting distance issues common to micro-crankbaits. It delivers pinpoint accuracy and bullet-like casts, even directly into headwinds.
High-Pitch Evasion: Built to dig hard and fast, the Z1 produces a violent, high-frequency wobble. It is specifically designed to deflect cleanly off rocks, timber, and hard bottoms, instantly correcting its posture to trigger instinctual reaction bites.
Hydrodynamic Profile: The teardrop-shaped body and specialized bill design allow it to slip through heavy cover while maintaining a stable swimming action across a wide range of retrieval speeds.
Tournament-Ready Hardware: Part of the PROPER configuration lineup, this lure comes factory-tuned with premium, razor-sharp treble hooks, ready to fish straight out of the box.
The Frozen Glass colorway is a specialized, translucent finish built to dominate in clear to lightly stained water conditions. By allowing natural light to refract through its glass-like body, it produces a subtle, shifting flash rather than an opaque, aggressive glare.
This profile perfectly mimics the delicate appearance of natural baitfish and fry, coaxing bites from highly cautious or heavily pressured bass that would otherwise shy away from solid, painted colors.
