The Bassday Tachi Metal Short is a specialized metal jig engineered specifically for targeting cutlassfish (tachiuo). Built with a compact and thick-bodied profile, this lure delivers substantial weight in a shorter length to easily cut through fast currents and reach deep waters.
Its unique shape produces an irregular, complex action on both the retrieve and the fall to trigger aggressive strikes from wary saltwater predators. The short form factor is also highly effective when fish are keyed in on smaller forage.
Designed for enhanced balance and responsiveness, it performs exceptionally well with standard and light tackle jigging setups.
