The Megabass SUPER-Z Z1 in GLX Western Crown II is a highly technical, compact crankbait engineered to meticulously pick apart shallow-to-mid depth structures and trigger aggressive strikes from heavily pressured bass.
Built to excel across rocky points, complex laydowns, and open flats, this bite-sized dynamo delivers the violent water displacement and premium performance required to dominate in challenging conditions.
Advanced Engineering & Action
LBO II Weight Transfer System: Equipped with Megabass’s frictionless linear bearing technology, the Z1 casts like a much heavier lure. It delivers pinpoint accuracy and bullet-like casting distance, allowing you to effectively cover water even in stiff headwinds.
High-Pitch Evasion: Built with a sharp diving action and a tight, high-frequency wobble, the Z1 is specifically designed to hunt aggressively through structure. It powerfully deflects off rocks, wood, and hard bottoms, instantly righting itself to trigger instinctual reaction strikes.
Hydrodynamic Profile: The teardrop-shaped body and specialized bill allow the lure to cut efficiently through the water, making it a highly stable and versatile tool for searching expansive flats at varied retrieval speeds.
Tournament-Ready Hardware: Offered in the PROPER configuration lineup, this lure is equipped with premium components and sticky-sharp treble hooks to ensure maximum hook-up and landing ratios straight out of the box.
The GLX Western Crown II colorway is a high-flash pattern engineered to command attention across a wide range of water clarities. The "GLX" (Galaxy) designation signifies a specialized holographic finish that throws off a brilliant, multi-directional flash, perfectly simulating the shimmering scales of distressed, fleeing baitfish.
Combined with the bold, contrasting hues of the Western Crown palette, this dynamic finish creates an intense strobe effect as the lure violently wobbles through the water column.
It is exceptionally deadly in stained water, during overcast conditions, or whenever predatory bass are actively hunting high-visibility, flashy forage.
