The Nishine Lure Works BQ Otama is a unique wakebait designed to replicate the natural swimming action of a tadpole. Built with a hybrid construction that pairs a hard body with an elastomer soft tail, it produces an undulating, lifelike motion across the surface.
Equipped with specialized Ichikawa Kamakiri #5 double hooks, this lure reduces snagging around cover while minimizing harm to fish during strikes. The zero-depth running profile creates a high-appeal surface wake that draws aggressive reaction bites.
Each lure features a detachable soft tail design and comes with a spare tail, snap #0, and an original blade attachment for customizable presentations. It is an ideal topwater choice for targeting bass in ponds, lakes, and heavily vegetated waters.
